Here at Eco Ezee we understand that the key obstacles for any new project are set up costs and lead times. Because we design and make the high quality tooling for pulp moulds ourselves we can pass these time and cost savings on to our customers, with lead times for set up starting at as little as 3 – 4 weeks, depending on your requirements.

To lower project costs we ensure that our tooling is made to the highest standards, allowing costs to be spread over a longer term, our tooling typically runs for around 5 million cycles. We design and manufacture tooling for all of our own projects and also develop tooling for other customers, such as Marks And Spencer, using the latest CAD/CAM software packages to develop detailed 3D designs which are then manufactured using high precision CNC machines. We are able to create tools for both standard pulp and thermoforming machines.

Our team can design the tooling you require and produce samples before shipment of the tooling, which can then be delivered worldwide.
